As I embark on this next exciting journey (interning at a fashion company in NYC), I'm tasked with the ill fate of packing. If you are anything like me and seem to have a never-ending closet and drawers stuffed to no end filled with semi-organized clothes in a way that makes no sense to anyone else but you, somehow know where everything is... you understand my pain. What to pack, and what not to pack, is the question I ask myself each time I pass my open and overflowing suitcase I've been living out of since being back home from college.
So as I try to organize my own suitcase, and soon to be intern wardrobe, I figured I share my list I've complied and how I to plan to tackle the big question what to and what not to pack.

A tried and true knit crewneck
That my friends is what I will in the next 3 days ATTEMPT to fit in my suitcases that will be my wardrobe for these upcoming summer months. While some may look at this and find it daunting, as a fashion lover and enthusiast, I work well when I dress well, and you simply cannot be in New York City not feeling, working, or looking your best. Wish me luck, and I hope that my not-so-little list will serve as a guide for any of my peers and friends as we all step into this next journey.
I would also like to throw out there the link to the vacuum storage bags that have saved my life a time or two.
xoxo,
Blakely
